1. What does the fee include ?
The fee includes photography, image crops and a Swf Flash file.
2. Any hidden costs ?
Any extra retouching, cut outs/paths may incur extra costs that will need to be agreed before the shoot commences. Any changes to the brief during the shoot will require approval via email. A delay fee of £50 per hour will be applied if there is a delay more than 1 hour of approval or notification of amendments needed by the client on signing off.
3. Can I see proofs ?
We can email proofs of each item for quick approval.
4. What if the proof needs amending ?
At 3D studio we are totally flexable to your requirements, however any significant adjustments may incur extra charges. (see terms & conditions).
5. What if I have a large number of items to be photographed ?
6. Are large/heavy items a problem ?
There is a maximum weight and size. No heavier than 250lbs and no larger than 1.5m sq.
7. Can you photograph items at my office/warehouse ?
8. Can I have a different background than white ?
Yes, you can choose any colour. An extra charge will be incurred if objects will have to be cut out after the shoot to change background colour.
9. What if I have items that need preparation ?
Our prices are based of items arriving ready to be photogarphed. You will need to assemble, clean, iron or steam your items. We are happy to arrange to have a stylist or assistant help at hourly rate of £25 p/h.
10. What does it costs for a 'cut out'?
We charge £2.00 per frame to 'Cut Out' at web resolution max 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels. If Cut Outs need to be used for print purposes please contact us for special pricing.
